Services

We have associates throughout the country and offer a service that facilitates the preparation of all necessary documents for filing in a state or federal court all documents for issuance of a subpoena to compel a witness to testify in a case pending in another state.

We will arrange for a local court reporter, a place to take your deposition.  We will then serve your witness. Upon demand, we will provide referrals to local counsel if necessary.
